FROM THE GROUND UP
Summit Comm Inc. started in 2011 testing and assisting general contractors with radio frequency installs, then became a stand-alone general contractor in 2012. The company was founded with one simple idea; to provide a safe and comfortable working environment in an industry that was anything but safe and comfortable.
The leaders of Summit Comm Inc. work diligently to create an efficient company that strives to meet the needs of our customers. At Summit, we pride ourselves on quality, diversity, ability to creatively resolve issues and its ability to create good relationships with those we work for.
STAFF
Summit employees have backgrounds ranging from fabrication to surveying, concrete finishing, and electrical. Each crew member takes personal responsibility for the safety and quality of their daily tasks. With dedicated document controllers, our customers have grown accustomed to high quality and timely delivery of close out packages. We are able to ensure that performance doesn’t waiver through communication as it is key to our operation and everyone at Summit understands it’s importance.

Safety
The telecom industry introduces many different types of hazards to our team. Encompassing scenarios like falls from elevation to heavy equipment accidents. Summit Comm Inc. places a huge emphasis on safety through maintaining a detailed safety program covering all scopes of work. We consistently provide training for our employees that meet and or exceed industry standards. We maintain the latest types of safety equipment and continuously contact/networking/update/training with OSHA, NATE and other safety standards and regulators. Trainings take place in house as well as in 3rd party trainings.
Here at Summit Comm, we prioritize the safety of our team and the site. Before we send our team into the field, we ensure they are properly trained and prepared for anything the site and conditions dare to throw at them. Before any site begins, we develop a safety plan for the job and the equipment.
